As someone who has recently been interested in experimental pieces of film, "Twin Peaks" took my understanding of experimental art to a whole new level.
It is quite remarkable to see how someone can make a long film by using such abstract and obtuse photographs and images, just as they did. They used mesmerizing music to create tones that are very personal to each person watching the show, and it was truly captivating by the precision each second it was included. Twin Peaks is a perfect example of how modern television can remain experimental and be popularized in today's society. Watching this episode changed my view on the world of experimental, and I would love to continue watching, to see how it expands.
